Diving Trip to Columbia Reef and Passo del Cedral in Cozumel, Mexico

hey guys, its me again…i need your suggestions coz im planning to get visit bohol and/or palawan…i was wondering if any of you could give me details on which beach resorts has jaw-dropping beach water… and considering to have a party life at night time, just like in boracay…scuba diving and snorkling will be part of my activities…i needed your help peepz… greatly appreciate it. thanks!=)
