Girl you are in for a shock.
Moalboal in Cebu has fantastic diving, fantastic snorkeling and ok nightlife, not many girls, mostly divers. Beach is soso but a nice white beach is near by. It is basically a divers resort. 2-3 hr by bus from cebu southern bus terminal
