You can find vacation rentals and probably find places to sleep 12, but they may well not have all the facilities you want. If you want something 4 star Mariner’s Club Key Largo has 3 bedroom town homes with Jacuzzi tubs, only about 5 minutes from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, so you could take some 3 or 3 bedroom places. You would get 4 star facilities though.

Key Largo Resort at Manatee Bay perhaps an option
I reckon you have to choose between a vacation rental style home or a 4 star resort that has large suites/family apartments plus large pool etc like Mariner’s Club. Vacationrentals.com might be a help.
