Am thinking of staying at this place called Billabong Scuba Resort. Has anyone been there? Is it safe? What are the facilities? Wi-fi? Is there any network coverage there? Want to make sure that we are at a location with other group and solo travelers – not all honeymooners. Looking for 4-star resort or small hotel on a beautiful beach. Do you recommend doing one resort or splitting time with something on Zanzibar and another island?
